Team Quest Relay Package
Please review the "TEAM QUEST RELAY REGISTRATION GUIDE" linked below to ensure a smooth sign up for you and your team.
On the second page of the registration form, you will be prompted to: "Create a New Team". As the first member of your team, select this option. You will then select the option to "Share Publicly".
Once you have completed this, inform your team members to select the "Join an Existing Team" option on the second page of their registration form. Be sure to let them know what you designated your Team Name is so they can easily find & join your team.
*Team Quest Relay teams must consist of at least two people. There are no solo teams allowed.*

REGISTRATION FEE:
- Team Quest Relay Package: $653 per team member (inclusive of fees)
AGE LIMIT:
- Must be 18-year and older on race day.
HOW IT WORKS:
- A relay team is made up of two or three participants. Each will participate in a minimum of one leg of the triathlon. The timing chip acts as the “baton" and is handed off to the next relay team member during transition.
- The Swimmer is responsible for the warm-up transition run from the swim exit to the main transition area.
- The cyclist and the runner must wait in transition in the relay corral. The swimmer passes the timing chip (the “baton") off to the cyclist. The cyclist passes the timing chip off to the runner.
- The three legs of the relay include:
- A 1.5-mile swim in the Bay from Alcatraz Island
- An 18-mile bike ride through the beautiful Presidio
- An 8-mile run featuring the infamous SF Sand Ladder
- A 1.5-mile swim in the Bay from Alcatraz Island
